The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the online store ecoventi.com which is the property of Ecoventi Marcin Mikula company (VAT PL9491918797).The use of this site and placing order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

All EU private customer get standard VAT (prices inclusive tax) invoice attached to parcel.

All EU business customers with valid VAT number get "reverse charge" / "0" VAT invoice (net prices) - The VAT tax is to be paid by the buyer (article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). Tax amount will be refund after dispatch (payment via PayPal) or you will get proforma invoice with net price after placing order (bank transfer payment). You can add VAT number to your shop account or sent us via email.

Non EU customers (Norway,Switzeland etc.) get "0" VAT invoice (net prices) and are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. We add to parcel all needed export documents and "0" VAT invoice. Tax amount will be refund after dispatch (payment via PayPal) or you will get proforma invoice with net price after placing order (bank transfer payment).

After brexit we can only process orders from UK customers (not applicable to Northern Ireland) above 135 GBP net price. UK customer get "0" VAT invoice (net prices) and are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package (20% UK VAT.No Duty). We add to parcel all needed export documents and "0" VAT invoice. Tax amount will be refund after dispatch (payment via PayPal) or you will get proforma invoice with net price after placing order (bank transfer payment).

 

Guarantee

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer"s Guarantee for a period which is shown in product window.This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.

The buyer will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We offer combined shipping - customer pay shipping cost only for first item in your order. 
Shipping cost is 9,99 € for all EU countries.
Dispatch time is 1-5 days depends on product type and is shown in product window.
Delivery time in Europe is about 5-10 days.Delivery service DPD/UPS or Polish Postal Service.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Personal data of our customers is collected and processed with preservation of security standards.Your personal data is used only to enable the optimum handling of the order, to deliver the merchandise, and to provide services and to handle payments. The Customer has a right to inspect his personal data, to correct them or delete them.

Returns & Exchange

Buyer can return products to us within 30 days after having received the product.In this case buyer will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

To accomplish the right of withdrawal, buyer must send information to us on email: info@ecoventi.com

 If you withdraw from contract, we will refund any money already paid for product, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day of receiving returned product.Returned items should be complete and never been used.

Complaint

The buyer will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.

In case of finding any faults of the product, damage caused during the transport (the receiver should report it to the courier on delivery or shortly afterwards to the appropriate shipping company UPS, DPD etc.), mechanical damage which does not result from inappropriate usage or disagreements between the delivery and the order, the Customer has a right to make a complaint.To return parcel should be attach an invoice or receipt of the purchase and the description of the causes of the complaint.

If the complaint is considered positively the product will be exchanged to the new one or the customer will be fully refunded (including return shipping cost).

Ordering

First stage of ordering is placing the product in the shopping basket ("Add to Cart" button).Than buyer have to proceed to the checkout, selecting payment and delivery method. Clicking the "Place Order Now" button in the last stage of the ordering process issues a binding order for the products placed in the shopping basket. After that buyer will receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email.

To make a valid order, the customer must give full and true personal information as well as contact and address details.Please do not forget to add phone number which is needed for DPD / UPS delivery service.

We reserve the right to accept an order. If an order is not executed, we will inform you immediately by email.

Payment Methods

PayPal:  We accept PayPal all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard (through the PayPal payment system.It is secure, simple and fast payment method in online shopping - free of charge.We have immediate confirmation of your payment and procced order with no delay.

Bank transfer - all details are given during placing order and email confirmation.
All prices shown on the online store are given in (EUR) include VAT.

All prices displayed on the online store are valid when your order is taken to dispatch.

The store enclose an invoice of the purchase. In order to enclose an invoice you should provide your VAT number and address of the receiver.Please let us know just after placing order if you need "reverse charge" / "0 VAT" invoice. An agreement to enclose an invoice is equivalent with the authorisation given to  Bud-Al to enclose an invoice without the signature of the client.
