IVR 03 Inverter

The IVR 03 intelligent pump controller is a user-friendly control and safety device for direct connection of deep well pumps, surface pumps, submersible pumps, etc., which maintains a constant and set water pressure by changing the rotation speed of the pump motor. The IVR 03 inverter uses SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) technology and V/F VVVF (variable speed, variable frequency) control high-flow space vector technology. By analyzing the real-time pressure, the inverter adjusts the pump speed according to the current system demand. The variable pump speed stabilizes the pressure, which greatly saves water and electricity consumption.

• Simple operation: All functions can be completed by pressing a button, without the need to hire specialists for programming
• Long-term reliability for associated pumps: Average torque and shaft wear are reduced by decreasing the average rotation speed, ensuring a longer pump life. The integrated soft-start and stop function of the device allows to eliminate water hammer (water hammer effect indicates a sudden increase in pressure that accompanies a rapid stop or start of the liquid flow)
• Complete protection: the system is equipped with the most complete protection technology for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, blocked impellers, the ability to protect the pump from dry running without the need to install probes/sensors in the well
• Ability to control the operation of multiple pumps that feed the system
• For correct operation, the inverter must work with an expansion tank with a minimum capacity of 2L.
