Using a high-quality ball bearing guarantees long, maintenance-free use and significantly extends the service life of the chimney cowl. Regardless of the direction and strength of the wind, the base always sets with its direction, thereby covering the chimney opening.The chimney cowl is an ideal solution when there is no stabilized chimney draft or it is too small, and with unfavorable terrain configuration, strong and frequent winds.Max working temperature: 500 ° C.Powder coated chimney cowl. Complaint

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
In case of finding any faults of the product, damage caused during the transport (the receiver should report it to the courier on delivery or shortly afterwards to the appropriate shipping company UPS, DPD etc.), mechanical damage which does not result from inappropriate usage or disagreements between the delivery and the order, the Customer has a right to make a complaint.To return parcel should be attach an invoice or receipt of the purchase and the description of the causes of the complaint.
If the complaint is considered positively the product will be exchanged to the new one or the customer will be fully refunded (including return shipping cost).
