BAN thermostatic bypass with special damper and metal filter is used to prepare air coming into the hot air ventilator. It protects the hot air ventilator from overheating (when motor is not working, for example due to a lack of electricity) by shutting the valve and ejecting air through a damper to another room. Bypass also stabilizes temperature in the system, by opening a damper and sucking cool air, when the air coming into the ventilator is too hot. Bypass is also equipped with a metal filter.

Complaint

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
In case of finding any faults of the product, damage caused during the transport (the receiver should report it to the courier on delivery or shortly afterwards to the appropriate shipping company UPS, DPD etc.), mechanical damage which does not result from inappropriate usage or disagreements between the delivery and the order, the Customer has a right to make a complaint.To return parcel should be attach an invoice or receipt of the purchase and the description of the causes of the complaint.
If the complaint is considered positively the product will be exchanged to the new one or the customer will be fully refunded (including return shipping cost).
